In Mexico, Adobo can be translated as marinade. This is the X I L L I interpretation of the most quintessential and cherished taco from Mexico City, the Tacos al Pastor, which roughly translates to "Shepard-Style Taco", and is a close relative of Shawarma.

Mellow, (almost none).
