SALTS

For our Regional Series, we intend to highlight some of the country's most unique, diverse, and culturally rich regions by emphasizing their local ingredients.

Our specific focus is on the regions of Oaxaca (Highlands & Pacific Coast), Veracruz (Gulf of Mexico), and the Yucatán Peninsula (Caribbean) and we intend to highlight their natives Chiles; as well as locally harvested Salts.
