For this Regional Series, we intend to highlight some of the country's most unique, diverse, and culturally rich regions by emphasizing local ingredients, in this case, native chiles and single-origin honey.

Ingredients:
Single-Origin Oaxacan Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey Vinegar, Oaxacan Smoked Chile Blend (Pasilla Oaxaqueño, Chipotle Meco, Chipotle Morita).

Heat:
Moderately Hot (4/10)

Earthy, Smoky, Toasty

Uses:
The uses for Hot Honey are only as limited as your imagination. It's a perfect accompaniment for a charcuterie or cheese plate. Or use it to invigorate barbecued beef, grilled pork, or fried chicken. And obviously, it's perfect for pizza.
