Because bringing our traditions and flavors with us, packaging them and serving them to your home table simply wasn’t enough, we decided to launch a series of private dinners to share our inspiration with you first-hand.

 Our chef is inviting small groups of friends and soon-to-be-friends for dinner at his Brooklyn production kitchen where he is preparing a selection of simple but delectable dishes he brought with him straight from Mexico.
