For our Regional Series, we intend to highlight some of the country's most unique, diverse, and culturally rich regions by emphasizing their local ingredients.

Our specific focus is on the regions of Oaxaca (Highlands & Pacific Coast), Veracruz (Gulf of Mexico), and the Yucatán Peninsula (Caribbean) and we intend to highlight their Chiles such as Pasilla Oaxaqueño, Chipotle Meco, and Habanero Seco; as well as Single-Origin Honey, Locally-Harvested Salts and other locally-grown and produced ingredients.
